Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Kiaanverse account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

Email us from the address you registered with, and we'll verify you own the account and delete it for you.

Or write to thesacredquest2@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request” and the email address on your account. We respond within 30 days.

Purchase and invoice records held by Google Play or Stripe, where retention is required by tax or accounting law.
Anonymized, aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you.
A minimal record of your deletion request, to prove we honored it.

Your account is deactivated immediately and your data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except for the limited records noted above.
