Entering the sacred space...
Something not working, or a question about your account? Write to us and a person will read it. We aim to reply within two working days.
Or write directly to thesacredquest2@gmail.com. Telling us your device and app version usually saves a round trip.
Please send account, billing and privacy requests by email only, so we can verify it is really you. Never share personal details on social media.
Enjoying Sakha, or wish something were better? A rating and review on the store helps other seekers find us and tells us what to improve.
Sakha offers optional subscriptions (Bhakta, Sadhak and Siddha), monthly or yearly. The free tier stays free — a subscription unlocks deeper practice, not access to the Gita itself.
In the apps, purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play, so cancellations and refunds go through them rather than us:
On the web, cancel from Settings → Billing in your account, or email us and we will cancel it for you. The full rules are in the Terms of Service.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period you have paid for ends. If a purchase did not unlock, email us with the store receipt and we will sort it out.
Journal entries and reflections are encrypted, and we do not sell your information. The privacy policy sets out what is collected and why.
You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, or request deletion here if you cannot sign in.
Sakha is a companion for reflection and spiritual practice, grounded in the Bhagavad Gita. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition.
If you are in crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional or your local emergency services. Those numbers reach help faster than we can.
